What the service is
AudiFolio asks questions of AI models, records the answers, and produces a report. It measures what a model said on a given day. It does not control what a model says, and it does not guarantee that a business will be named, cited or ranked.
Accounts and seats
One workspace per agency. Seats are for named individuals; credentials are not shared. The owner is responsible for the members it invites and for the client data it adds.
Plans and billing
Plans renew until cancelled. Prices are shown in INR and USD; the currency charged is the one selected at checkout. Overage for extra client sites is billed with the next cycle. Cancelling ends the renewal and leaves the plan active until the paid period ends.
Acceptable use
- Do not add domains you do not have permission to report on.
- Do not use the report to claim a guaranteed placement or a rank.
- Do not resell raw API access to the model panel.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits or the rate limits.
Availability
The service runs on a serverless platform and is provided as-is. Run availability and report dates are shown from recorded service data.
Liability
AudiFolio is a measurement tool. Decisions taken on the basis of a report — pricing, content, retainers — are the agency's. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months.
