What AudiFolio stores, and what it does not.
Last updated 22 October 2026
AudiFolio is a reporting tool for agencies. It stores the agency account, the client domains the agency adds, the questions the agency writes, and the AI answers those questions produced. It does not store end-customer personal data, and there is no advertising or tracking pixel on this site.
What is collected
- Account: email address, name, avatar URL if you sign in with Google, and a hashed session token.
- Workspace: agency name, logo, brand colour, seat list.
- Client: domain, display name, tracked questions, competitor names and domains.
- Runs: the question, the answer text, the model, the timestamp, and the URLs cited in the answer.
- Billing: the provider's payment reference and the plan it bought. Card details never reach AudiFolio.
What is not collected
- No names, emails or phone numbers of your clients' customers.
- No analytics cookies, no advertising identifiers, no session recording.
- No scraped personal data from the pages the audit reads.
Cookies
One cookie: the session token, httpOnly, same-site, required to stay signed in. AudiFolio uses one light appearance and stores no theme preference.
Retention and deletion
Anonymous audits expire after 30 days. Account data is kept while the account exists. Deleting a client deletes its questions, runs, reports and logo. Deleting the account deletes the workspace, its clients and everything attached to them. You can also export everything as CSV before deleting.
Sub-processors
Cloudflare (hosting, database, object storage), the AI model provider configured for the workspace, and the payment provider used at checkout. No other third party receives your data.
