Subscriptions

If the first month does not produce a usable report, write to us within 14 days and it is refunded in full, no questions asked. After the first month, a cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded pro rata.

Sample report

The ₹999 one-off report is credited against the first month if you subscribe within 14 days. If the report is undelivered for any reason, it is refunded in full.

Failed payments and duplicate charges

Duplicate charges are refunded as soon as they are confirmed, usually within two business days. If a renewal fails at the provider, the plan simply lapses at the end of the paid period — there is no debt collection and no lock-out of your data.

What is not refundable

• Overage for client sites that were actually tracked and reported.
• Periods where the workspace exceeded its plan limits after being warned.
